Some issued tickets (not valid for all companies) can be cancelled only if they are in our hands at
least 5 working days before the scheduled departure. * Hellenic Seaways tickets are not fully refunded ( According to the company's policy they can EITHER be made OPEN so you can use them within 6 months OR can be 50% refunded in case that you have sent them to us before the departure day * G.A. Ferries tickets are not fully refunded ( According to the company's policy they can EITHER be made OPEN so you can use them within 6 months OR can be 50% refunded in case that you have sent them to us before the departure day * Blue Star Ferries High Season : 1) Tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees or reverted to OPEN 7 days prior to departure. 2) 7 Days up to departure tickets are cancelled with 50 % cancellation fees or reverted to OPEN / OTHER DATE (at least 2 hours prior to departure). Low Season: 1) Tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees or reverted to open 3 days prior to departure. 2) 3 Days up to departure tickets are cancelled with 50 % cancellation fees or reverted to OPEN / OTHER DATE (at least 2 hours prior to departure). ATTENTION 1) After departure tickets are neither cancelled nor reverted to open and the date of travel cannot be changed. 2) Tickets already reverted to open are cancelled with 50 % cancellation fees. 3) Tickets are cancelled only through the agency of issue. Tickets are not cancelled by phone and their owners should deliver them to the agency of issue
